Joey has been a chef for 14 years. He started his career at Trullo restaurant in London where he developed a love for Italian cooking. He then worked at Moro and its sister restaurant Morito before moving to Bristol to work at The Lido. Since then he has been cooking for private clients both in the UK and abroad and now runs Village Street Kitchen with his wife Annabel

Annabel started her career in food as a seasonal cook for clients in the Alps. She worked as a private chef in Mallorca and then moved to Bristol to work as a baker. She and Joey now run Village Street Kitchen together. As a passionate baker and pastry chef, Annabel is very much in charge of the sweet side of the business!
